By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Tailor Studio mobile application, software, or web portal (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, access, or use the Service.
2. License & Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tailor Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and utilize the Service for your tailoring shop, design house, boutique, or personal commercial garment crafting operations.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the application.
- Resell, sublicense, distribute, or lease access to the software without written authorization.
- Use the Service in any manner that interferes with, disrupts, or compromises server operations or security.
3. User Responsibilities & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to ensure that:
- All information supplied during account registration and business setup is accurate and up to date.
- You maintain adequate device security, including passcodes or biometric locks, to prevent unauthorized access to customer records.
- You routinely perform local or cloud backups of your measurement data to prevent data loss resulting from device damage or factory resets.
4. Customer Data & Communications
Tailor Studio provides tools such as WhatsApp message drafting, PDF receipt sharing, and thermal receipt printing. You represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained the necessary consent from your clients to record their measurements, contact details, and images for garment creation.
- You will not use the communication features of the app to send unsolicited spam, abusive, or unlawful content to customers.
5. Intellectual Property
The Tailor Studio name, trademarks, logos, visual layouts, interfaces, code, and documentation are the exclusive property of Tailor Studio and its licensors. You retain full ownership rights over your proprietary customer measurement records, fabric photos, and business logs entered into the system.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tailor Studio expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Tailor Studio is a recording and order management tool; we are not liable for any measurement discrepancies, garment fabrication mistakes, or business disputes between you and your tailoring clients.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tailor Studio, its developers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Tailor Studio after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
